New Build Project, North London

A £8.5 million single dwelling residential scheme. The project involved a basement level retaining on all sides housing several rooms and a swimming pool. Contiguous piled walls with an inner water resistant RC liner wall provided retention of lateral loads at basement level. The superstructure comprised a mix of RC concrete slabs, steel framing, composite slabs, loadbearing masonry, and timber floors.
